Return & Exchange

We strive to provide you with the best quality products. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, but if for some reason you are not, we will accept returns and exchanges. Please review our return and exchange policies for approval of returns and exchanges;

- The products must be in the same condition as they were purchased, with original labels and tags on

- The products must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered from the original condition

- Video proof must be provided for complaints

- Return and exchange can only occur once

- The Return and exchange claim was made within 7 days after the products received

- Unless the fault is ours, all the shipping fees of returns and exchanges will be the responsibility of the customers

- Reasons of return and exchange

- Picture/Video proof of faulty items

We will reply your email as soon as we can, and if your claim meets our approval, we will immediately process the returns and exchanges.
